For each unique job you need to fill, we provide you with a comprehensive package including:

A customized job description (or audit of an existing description)

Market-based pay scale recommendations

Targeted sourcing and job posting strategy and advertising budget suggestions

Interview question templates and scorecards for two rounds of interviews

Assessment tool recommendations and reference check templates

Two consultation calls to ensure you're set up for success

Best for: Small businesses and nonprofits with limited recruitment experience who need help launching their hiring process without outsourcing it entirely.

Fee: $500 per job

Add-ons:

Employer account setup (up to 5 platforms): $200

Job posting service (up to 5 boards): $150

Sourcing-Only Solution: Expand Your Talent Pool with a Contingent Search

We offer a flat-fee structure with a guaranteed minimum of 40 pre-qualified candidates contacted over an initial two-week period. You'll receive weekly sourcing reports and the flexibility to extend the service as needed. This option allows you to tap into our extensive network and sourcing expertise while maintaining control over the selection process.

Best for: Organizations with internal HR capabilities who need to quickly expand their candidate pool or are struggling to find qualified applicants for hard-to-fill positions.

Fee structure

$500 non-refundable down payment

$2,500 flat fee if you hire our sourced candidate

(regardless of seniority level - this means you can hire even an executive for a total of $3000!)

Option to continue sourcing beyond 40 candidates at $5 per additional candidate contacted (in batches of 10)

This service is ideal for organizations that have fluctuating hiring needs or require specialized support for particular roles. You have the flexibility to use our services as much or as little as you need, allowing you to scale your recruitment efforts efficiently and cost-effectively.

Best for: Small businesses and nonprofits with varying recruitment needs, those handling occasional hiring spikes, or organizations requiring expert input on specific hiring challenges.

Fee structure

$100/hour for the first 10 hours (paid upfront)

$75/hour for subsequent hours

Minimum purchase of 10 hours
